In 1990 Punong Guro Jeff Espinous created Kali Sikaran and has promoted since.
In 1995 Punong Guro Jeff Espinous founded the IKSA (International Kali Sikaran Association) with Punong Guro Johan Skålberg.
Punong Guro Jeff Espinous previously has held positions as Director WEKAF France (World Eskrima Kali Arnis Federation). President EKAEF and Co-Founder (European Kali Arnis Eskrima Federation) and President and Founder FFFKAE (Federation Françoise of Filipino Kali Arnis Eskrima).
In November 2000 Punong Guro Jeff Espinous Co-Founded with Punong Guro Johan Skålberg the IKAEF (International Kali Arnis Eskrima Federation). Punong Guro Jeff Espinous is the International Technical Director of the IKAEF. In June 2000 the First Kali Sikaran Curriculum was created and published by Punong Guro Jeff Espinous and Punong Guro Johan Skålberg.
From December 1995 until September 2000, Punong Guro Jeff Espinous served as the European Technical Director for the ISE (Inayan System of Eskrima), under the Founder Mangisurosuro Mike Inay to promote and diffuse the ISE through Europe.
In June 2006, Punong Guro Jeff Espinous was Promoted Pendekar Wijaya by Pendekar Manggala Joko Suseno member of the PERSILAT (International Pencak Silat Federation) and European Technical Director for the Pencak Silat Tapak Suci where he holds the title of Pendekar Utama. Together they created a new curriculum, the Pencak Silat Training Concept. He has been training in Pencak Silat for over then 25 years.
