ALEX KOSTIC, SENIOR SYSTEMA INSTRUCTOR
More than 10 years intensive training and teaching at Vladimir Vasiliev's school in Toronto.
For the first time in Belgium, Aleksandar Kostic, with his realistic, creative and intuitive teaching, will lead a 3 day seminar the Russian Martial Art " Systema ". Training trips to Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg) expanded his knowledge and experience. At first place that were classes with Mikhail Rybko. While in Russia, he also visited Trappa as learned Slaviano-Goretskaya Borba, fist fighting by Gruntovsky, military style of A. Kadochnikov, and other Russian folk styles. Alex has also big experience in security business.
During the past few years he trained with fighters preparing for UFC, Price, Vale Tudo, NHB and other 'open style' competitions. Being philosopher by education and vocation, he is very interested in physical, psycho-physical and Slavic aspect of the Systema approach to life.

Terug van een week trainen in Radevormwald (Duitsland) samen met Steve, Yvan en Katalungan Guro Jan van den Borne op het jaarlijks top martial arts event van het ikaef. Een aanrader...
We hebben weer bagage om een gans jaar op te trainen.
Den Jorge is ook 2 dagen van de partij geweest. Verder waren er een 25-tal nationaliteiten aanwezig.
Zoals steeds hebben we geen enkele training gemist, en gelukkig heeft Steve en Jan alles op film, anders zou het onmogelijk zijn alle technieken te onthouden.
Dus volgend seizoen...hou jullie vast!!
